Copacabana Building
Multi-use building with residential and commercial services in the first volume and the second. Designed from a municipal plan, the design of the set, the urban privileged relationship that the site provides, among the oldest core of the village, to the west, and the residential area of the 60, east.
Between the two proposed volumes have created a small square, which constitutes a natural extension of trade and will function as a place to stay.
Edifício multiusos, com habitação e comércio no primeiro volume e serviços no segundo. Projetado a partir de um plano municipal, o desenho do conjunto, privilegiou a relação urbana que o local estabelece, entre o núcleo mais antigo da vila, a poente, e o bairro habitacional dos anos 60, a nascente.
Entre os dois volumes propostos criámos uma pequena praça, que constituirá, um prolongamento natural do comércio e funcionará como um lugar de estadia.
