Scala Residence Building
The building was designed to the heart of downtown Luanda, today a huge metropolis in rapid transformation. The "skyline" of the city as the Bay, will be punctuated by tall buildings, earning a contemporary setting. The relationship between man and architecture has always been the biggest concern of the architect, but in the case of buildings in height, they exceed the human dimension, establishing a level of respect to the scale of the city.
Our project aims to become an important reference and landmark in the city of Luanda, contributing to quality of life and comfort of all persons who work or reside there.
O edifício foi desenhado para o coração da baixa de Luanda, hoje uma grande metrópole em acelerada transformação. O "skyline" da cidade, visto da Baía, vai sendo pontuado de edifícios em altura, ganhando uma configuração contemporânea. A relação entre o homem e a arquitetura foi sempre a maior preocupação do arquiteto, mas no caso dos edifícios em altura, estes ultrapassam a dimensão humana, estabelecendo um nível de relação à escala da cidade.
O nosso projeto pretende vir a ser um marco importante e de referência na cidade de Luanda, contribuindo para a qualidade de vida e conforto de todas as pessoas que aí trabalhem ou residam.
