Study for a detached villa on a plot of reasonable size, but part of it is integrated into the green structure of the county and therefore there can not deploy any construction. The land still has, in addition to the condition mentioned above, a strong inclination to the east from the west, which led to a very precise location in order to ensure good accessibility, a majority southern exposure and a frank relationship with the garden. The villa is developed on four levels, one in the basement and another half-buried. We want the volume reflects our intention to adjust to the terrain, integrating it into the terrain and creating patios that penetrate, linking the interior to the exterior, the various platforms of the slope.
Estudo para uma moradia unifamiliar num terreno de dimensões razoáveis, mas em que parte dele está integrado na estrutura verde do concelho e por isso não se pode aí implantar qualquer construção. O terreno tem ainda, para além da condicionante já referida, uma forte inclinação de poente para nascente, o que obrigou a uma localização muito precisa de forma a garantir um boa acessibilidade, uma exposição maioritária a sul e uma relação franca com o jardim. A moradia desenvolve-se em quatro níveis, sendo um em cave e outro semi-enterrado. Pretendemos que o volume reflectisse a nossa intenção de o ajustar ao terreno, integrando-o na orografia e criando pátios que o penetram, ligando o interior ao exterior, nas várias plataformas da encosta.
