V House
Recovery and adaptation of a house built in the sixties in Quinta da Marinha and part of the first set of homes of large families who settled in the place. The existing building although in relatively good condition presents numerous problems and constraints that limit an intervention that was originally intended minimalist, but that has proved impracticable. We want however, even with the introduction of all the technology needed to maintain the existing bucolic atmosphere, aided by the very large garden plot with large trees and beauty that keep the essentials.
Recuperação e adaptação de uma moradia dos anos sessenta integrada na Quinta da Marinha que faz parte do primeiro conjunto de casas de férias das grandes famílias, que se instalaram no local. A construção existente embora em relativo bom estado apresenta inúmeros problemas e condicionantes, que limitam uma intervenção que inicialmente se pretendia minimalista, mas que veio a revelar inviável. Queremos contudo, mesmo com a introdução de toda a tecnologia indispensável, manter a atmosfera bucólica existente, muito ajudada pelo extenso jardim do lote, com árvores de grande beleza e que manteremos no essencial.
